Journaling: another New Years’ Resolution?

Do you journal? I'm a big fan of journaling, and of Jim Rohn, the internationally renown business speaker and leader. Jim was a big influence for me in beginning to journal, and I strongly recommend that this be a habit you start for 2009. Journaling includes much of the goal setting that we've talked about in the last few months, but goes beyond that to include so much more. A journal lets you put in print your own personal story: your family and their challenges and victories, lessons learned, funny thoughts, your goals and dreams.

Today's Web 2.0 Wrap-up comes courtesy of Stephen Jagger over at Geek Estate Blog. His post, 5 Tools to Grow Your Real Estate Business in 2009 is right on. His top 5 are Twitter, Online Video, Blog, Meetup.com, and Facebook. With the exception of Meetup.com (which I haven't really used too much yet), that basically matches my top 5 tools for the year. I do see how a new set of networking groups could really inject life into your networking, compared to the sometimes stale world of Chamber of Commerce luncheons and some of the other networking groups you are probably a part of. So definitely check them out, as well.
