If you've gotten started on Twitter, you may find that at the beginning it's pretty easy to keep up with the conversations and the people you are following. However, as you start to follow more and more people, you may start to feel overwhelmed by the "noise". A great tool for following lots of people, and still being able to catch the conversations, info, links, etc. that you want is by using a tool like TweetDeck. TweetDeck is an Adobe Air application designed to help you better monitor your Twitter account. Rather than logging onto Twitter on the web, you open this program, and it uses an API to pull your Twitter account activity.
