A bit o’luck for your real estate marketing

Looking for a fun reason to get in touch with your client database?

Every year around St. Patricks Day, I coach my agents to try this fun little gift for their clients. Grab a bunch of scratch-off lottery tickets, and send one out with a little note. Go all out and make it really cheesy – green paper or envelopes, “Pot O’Gold” lottery tickets, and a funny note that says something like:

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!

See if you have the “Luck of the Irish” in finding your Pot O’Gold.

And remember, if you know someone looking to buy or sell their home, please don’t keep me a secret…

Top o’ the morning to you!

It’s an inexpensive marketing tool, and who knows, they might win! If they do, you can be sure you’ll be the agent they use when they buy that big, new house. And even if they don’t, your clients will appreciate the gesture, and you’ll be front and center in their minds at the very beginning of the summer season. Not a bad place to be.
