A handy tool for receiving valuable feedback

If you’re in a tough market, having really good, solid feedback from other agents on what their clients did and did not like about a home can be extremely valuable. Unfortunately, without it, the home will often sit on the market longer than it needs to.
Third-party feedback from other agents is very helpful in helping validate suggestions you may already be making to your client. I remember from my days as an agent, though, spending a quite a bit of time trying to track down other agents for feedback from them and their clients.
I came across an interesting tool recently that may help solve that problem for you, and provide better service and value to your clients: Showing Feedback.
This online tool lets you schedule another agent’s showing, and then sends an email survey to the other agent immediately afterwards. It also takes care of following up with the agent if they don’t respond after a couple days. If you got in the habit of scheduling it in immediately, I see this as a tool that could save you a ton of time.
By being able to provide quality, timely feedback after prospects have seen your clients home, you are showing your client that you are proactive about getting their home sold. They can see how hard you are working for them. This really increases your worth in their eyes. It’s often little things like this that are remembered, and generate referrals for you in the future.
Check them out and see how it works for you. I’d love to hear your feedback!
