Video is hot in the online world and pictures are still a must. If you’re not dabbling in viral video marketing yet, be sure to incorporate photos in the mix.

Here are some handy tools.
Picasa Web Albums: Not only does this Google tool give you a place to store your property photos online, it also allows you to create cool photo slide shows that you can use on your blogs and websites to showcase those properties! Prescott Fine Homes gives a good example.
Flickr Photo Badge: Similar to Picasa, Flickr gives you a space to store your photos online. You can also create fun photo “badges” for placement on your website or blog based on categories that you create within your photo album. Flickr photos allow tagging and categorization that helps the pictures get picked up in Google search engines. This is another great free service for you to test drive.
Finally, if you correctly tag your photos, having these online albums also gives searchers another way to find you and your website. Google now offers an image search, and this can be a great way to drive some more traffic to your site, as people will enter search terms like “Prescott Arizona homes” and images with those tags appear on the search engine along with websites. So put those tags on there!
Are you making the most of your listing photos? Have you created and used slide shows in your marketing? Why not take it a step further?
