Announce My Move as a viral marketing tool

I came across an interesting site today called AnnounceMyMove.com. According to the company website:

I haven’t used them, but have run across a few agents that do, and are fans of the service. Some of the things I like about the idea are:
- It’s a great endorsement of you, and can naturally generate referrals
- Takes advantage of the surge in the popularity of social networks, and the connections your clients have there
- It’s a great way to stand out! By providing this service to your client, you help them spread the news of their move. Saves them time and is very convenient.

Announcemymove.com is a great tool to use with both buyers and sellers. I met the people behind the company last year at NAR in Orlando and found them to be very friendly and helpful. In addition to sending the seller custom property specific business cards to hand out I create one of these for them to send out via email. New buyers want to show everyone their new home; this is the perfect way to do that. Plus, each time it gets sent to someone the agent has just handed out another business card. This has become one of the tasks on my Listing Action Plan for all of my Listing Coordination clients.
