Cool online tools for real estate agents
Mon, Apr 6, 2009
Today’s Weekend Web 2.0 Wrap-up brings not one, but three online tools and videos you can use to increase your efficiency in social networking and online marketing.
These tools are shared by Jack Humphrey at the Friday Traffic Report, and I believe all 3 can be of value to a real estate agent online.
#1 – PingPressFM: a Wordpress plugin that allows you to post straight to your ping.fm account, which can then update all your other social networking accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, FriendFeed, etc.). Yet another tool that can keep you active on your social networks with less work on your part.
#2 – Pixelpipe: a free tool that lets you upload any kind of media to over 75 different sites. Again, it’s lets you share your photos and content to lots of different sites without having to manually visit and upload to each one
#3 – Finally, Jack shares a good video he found that explains #followfriday on Twitter. If you’re on Twitter at all, but are not sure what it’s all about, this video can help explain what it is, and why you might want to participate.
That’s it for this week. Hope one of these tools is useful for you, and saves you a few extra minutes.

Rich,
Those are some great tips you have shared with others to help others keep the edge with their social networking/marketing.
Any tools that can save you time when it comes to social marketing is great. Just like the PingPress tool that allows you to post to all your Social Marketing sites at the touch of “one” button is powerful if used correctly.
Thank you for including our #followfriday video in Tip #3 to show others how to use Twitter along with some great Twitter tools to help you gain more exposure and have a lil fun while doing so.
Warm regards,
James Rivers
