I’ll say it again another way; you must market yourself each and every month, in a variety of ways, or look at going back to your previous career! You are the CEO of your own business when in real estate. How do you want it to run? You count on people to remember you in real estate everyday. Your goal should be that when each and every person you know even thinks of real estate they think of you.

Real estate; YOU. Real estate; YOU.

Now if you would like them to think of you every twelfth conversation they have about real estate, then go ahead and do what every other agent does and have your only marketing be a holiday card mixed in with the chaos of the holidays.

You must budget for marketing and have an ever increasing marketing campaign every year. That’s right, you should always be increasing the amount of material you put out and always planning ahead so that you have the funds to add to your marketing efforts.

I know you want your income to increase every month, every year, every decade. Your marketing efforts should increase every month as well.
