• Place your listing on Craigslist. Craigslist is an online community targeting specific geographic locations. This is another free service and you can reach potential buyers and sellers (your clients) by posting your property listings here.

• Hang your flyer up at the coffee shop. People do business with those they know and like. Do you spend time at the local coffee shop? Why not post your listing flyers there? Be sure to include your mug shot (no pun intended) so other coffee house patrons recognize you.
