While I’m on the topic of relationship building I’d like to offer you a tip. The art of appreciation comes in many forms. When your client has purchased a new home, they have a lot on their mind. Moving, letting people know they’ve moved, and the list goes on.

You can make a lasting impact and show you care with this simple gesture. Take a photo of your client’s new home. Now add the new address and a caption that says “We’ve moved to xxx address” and have 50 postcards printed at your local printer. Package appropriately and present the gift to your client. This gift creates a special bond with you and your clients. What have you done lately to build lasting relationships for repeat business?
