The Internet is a Great Tool to Get Consistent Clients but Let’s Not Forget Traditional Marketing Methods
Wed, Jul 30, 2008
We’ve been talking a lot about Web 2.0 lately and while technology is an effective marketing tool, it’s important to maintain client contact the old fashioned way.
Here are two traditional marketing methods that still work wonders. Ask yourself if you’ve added traditional techniques into your marketing mix lately:
- Pick up the phone and call potential, present and past clients just to touch base.

- Drop a personal note in the mail to say “hello” and see if you can be of further service.
Although each of these actions is simple I’m always surprised at how few Realtors® actually implement them. What traditional marketing methods are incorporating in your mix? How is it working for you?
