By being the best you can be at the real estate game, you develop a competitive edge. This builds client trust and respect. Simply do what you say you’re going to do and the rest will follow.
3rd, you must posses superior knowledge or your market and client needs. Your knowledge becomes something client’s seek out not only because they like and trust you but because you consistently over-deliver. Providing excellent information, service and support always pays off.
