Top 10 Web 2.0 Real Estate Sites

It’s that time of year again – time for Top Ten lists and yearly wrap ups. So I’ll share what I consider the Top 10 Web 2.0 Real Estate Sites of 2008. Will they be the same in 2009? Possibly, since I feel these sites have established themselves well as valuable tools. But I’m sure they will be joined by other innovative sites as well, as the popularity and effectiveness of interactive, social web sites grows.

Without further ado, here are my Top Ten, in no particular order:

1. Facebook - at this point, probably the most popular social networking site online for adults and business professionals. Allows you to make valuable connections with all sorts of people you may otherwise never be able to reach

2. Twitter - a microblogging platform that asks you to answer “What are you doing?” in 140 characters or less. A great way to find and connect with colleagues, potential clients and new friends

3. YouTube – an extremely popular video sharing site, which allows you to tag your videos to help you and your listings get found in the search engines

Notably missing from your list is Craigslist. Oversight, or don’t you consider it top 10?
