It’s funny to me. Many people still view blogs as a passing thing. I have to admit it’s taken me a while to jump on the bandwagon. The experts say blogging is here to stay and it definitely increases search engine rankings as well as traffic. But, this isn’t a matter of “if you build it, they will come.” You actually have to put some effort into making your blog viral. This month we’ll explore some ways you can do just that.

Here are basic rules of thumb to get you started:

Do your homework regarding other industry blogs.
Know who you’re blogging to.
Post regularly.
