Sun, Jul 13, 2008
In last week’s Web 2.0 Wrap-up, we talked about making sure your site is encouraging interaction from your visitors. I think that this is so important, please go back and read it now if you haven’t! If your site is hard to navigate, confusing, or simply doesn’t offer your visitors any value, it really won’t matter how many visits your site gets.

Now that we have that all cleared up, we can move on to some fun. The beauty of marketing on the internet is that it gives you the freedom to try things that you may never have considered when paying for expensive traditional marketing. Check out an interesting post by Sara Bonert (a fellow Chicagoan!) on unusual and creative marketing techniques.
How do you feel about marketing tactics like these? Have you tried any unusual forms of marketing? I’d love to hear from you!
