Weekend Web 2.0 Wrap-Up for 7/13

 In last week’s Web 2.0 Wrap-up, we talked about making sure your site is encouraging interaction from your visitors. I think that this is so important, please go back and read it now if you haven’t! If your site is hard to navigate, confusing, or simply doesn’t offer your visitors any value, it really won’t matter how many visits your site gets.

Now that we have that all cleared up, we can move on to some fun. The beauty of marketing on the internet is that it gives you the freedom to try things that you may never have considered when paying for expensive traditional marketing.  Check out an interesting post by Sara Bonert (a fellow Chicagoan!) on unusual and creative marketing techniques.

    Regardless of these unusual marketing tactics, you have to hand it to them for creativity! It would be interesting to check back in with them all and see 1) if the house sold and 2) the list to sell ratio. Thanks for the mention!
